The fail is everywhere (MEME)

You really can't escape it. The epic fail is everywhere you look. It will follow you around. You cannot escape it. It's even on your parking meter. You've been warned.

Looks like maybe a technical error 

The parking meter actually says "fail" though. That's kind of strange. Maybe it actually is an error or something.

Sometimes things like this happen. I wonder what someone would think if they walked by this and saw it say this.

That parking meter needs someone to cheer it up and tell it to hang in there. It's not a failure!
