 Kanye West recently came under a massive wave of internet scrutiny after wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt.

Kanye recently said that he thought that wearing the shirt was "funny". As you can imagine, many people on the internet responded with videos, tweets, etc., and were not very happy about the incident.

Kanye is a rapper primarily, but he is also known for pulling publicity stunts like this, so it's definitely not the first time. Many of his stunts go viral on social media. The controversy has been pretty big, and people from all corners of the internet have chimed in to give their responses. 

What people said about the shirt

Some people are saying "There's no excuse" for wearing the shirt. What do you guys think about the whole situation with the "white lives matter" t-shirt? Why do you think he wore the shirt? Was it wise for him to do that? I think Kanye is trying to get a specific reaction when he does stuff like this.
