We really are going to make it. When life gives you a hundred reasons to break down, just put one foot in front of the other and keep going. Things will get better, I guarantee it. You just have to keep going and have faith.

This meme is very popular on YouTube and other places on the internet. I've seen countless videos about this topic that people make. They're very entertaining, but also true and sometimes sad.
It doesn't last forever
Like I said, though, being a doomer doesn't have to be permanent. But it's like a form of depression that comes and goes. Sometimes you're down, sometimes you're up. Being one isn't something to be ashamed of at all.
