Imagine seeing this (spooky person)

That's pretty wild.

In a North Carolina apartment community, they saw this cloaked figure standing outside. They said it had been dropping meat near a local playground. Nobody knows the gender, or the identity of the being, or where they come from.

It definitely has everyone super creeped out, as you could imagine. What would you do if you saw this? You'd probably be very creeped out yourself.

Police are investigating, but can't come up with any answers as to who this person is. That's pretty wild, we can all agree on that fact. What do you think?
