Is this a viral meme? He could be a meme, but he has no defining characteristics. Hmmm. Doesn't everyone have SOME defining characteristics? Let's be honest, this meme isn't really THAT funny. But I decided to post it anyway. Memes are great Because I love memes and I don't discriminate against them. Lol. Also, anything could be a meme, perhaps. They are such an integral part of our internet culture at this point in the timeline. Pretty much everyone knows what they are. EDIT:  I don't really know the backstory behind this meme, but it's a really funny one to look at. It's kind of one of those random ones that you're just like "ok". I bet it's hilarious if you know the context. Is this guy from a show or something?
